New CPA Board Members Elected

CPA recently elected Connecticut Secretary of State Miles Rapoport (left) and Wisconsin State Representative Spencer Coggs (right) to serve on the CPA Board. Coggs is in his seventh term in the Wisconsin State Assembly as a representative from Milwaukee and serves as the Treasurer of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators. As Connecticut Secretary of State, Rapoport has directed major initiatives to increase voter registration and education, and is a leading advocate for election finance reform.
