CPA’s Southeast Community Policy and Leadership Forum (SECPLF) has released its 1998 Issues Briefing Book, containing information on key issues sure to be debated in state legislatures across the country this session.
Issue briefs are provided on affirmative action, education, child care, children’s health, environment, community health workers, economic development, food stamp programs, privatization, Medicaid protection, consumer health and utility deregulation.
The book provides community advocates and legislators with talking points, recent articles from around the country and vital statistics on the status of these issues.
