Beser Joins CPA as Director of Action Network

Veteran state legislative staffer and grassroots campaign strategist Ann Beser now serves as the Director of CPA’s Policy Leaders Action Network. “We feel incredibly fortunate to have Ann Beser’s grassroots and legislative experience. In order to build the most effective policy and action network working across the fifty states, we need someone who understands what legislators and officials in the states need,” said CPA President and CEO Linda Tarr-Whelan. Beser brings a broad range of experience at every level of government and in grassroots organizing. Her background includes a ten-year stint working with the Mayor of Detroit.
