CPA Speaks About Choice During West Virginia Outreach Trip

A partnership CPA developed with WV FREE through the Southeast Policy Leaders Forum resulted in a successful collaboration on the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision. Jen Ray, CPA’s Director of Program Initiatives, delivered a keynote address during WV FREE’s special gala fundraiser in Charleston, West Virginia, on the relevance of reproductive freedom and changes in the world since September 11. While in West Virginia, CPA also conducted meetings with several legislators and advocates. WV FREE – a coalition of West Virginia social justice organizations, student groups, social workers, health service providers, and religious groups – works to protect reproductive rights for all West Virginia women.
